Seibel Forge is a brand operated by Seibel Studios, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("Seibel Forge", "we", "us").

1. These Terms cover the website only
These Terms govern your use of seibelforge.com (the "Site"). They do not cover client services. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
2. Acceptance
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. Information only; no offer or guarantee
The Site describes our business systems and automation services, including a founding pilot for roofing contractors. The Site currently shows a $2,000 one-time implementation fee plus $995 per live month, for 60 live days, totaling $3,990, proposed for up to three founding clients.
- These descriptions are not an offer that you can accept by using the Site. An engagement, price, scope or timeline applies only once it is set out in a written agreement signed by both parties.
- Taxes and separately approved extra usage are additional.
- We do not guarantee revenue, appointments, response rates or any other business outcome.
4. Demonstrations and examples
The interactive follow-up demonstration and the example checklist use synthetic data only. They do not show real customers, real messages or actual results.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site. That includes:
- trying to gain unauthorized access;
- interfering with how the Site runs;
- scraping it in a way that burdens it;
- using it to send unlawful or unsolicited communications; and
- falsely claiming an affiliation with us.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's text, design, code and graphics belong to us or our licensors. "Seibel Forge" and its logos are brand names used by Seibel Studios, LLC. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. Any other copying or reuse needs our written permission. The wordmark uses the Montserrat typeface, licensed under the SIL Open Font License.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google LLC). Our booking links open a booking page provided by Google Calendar appointment scheduling (Google LLC). That page is run by Google under Google's own terms and privacy policy, not these Terms. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of third-party services or sites that we link to.
8. Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of liability
This section applies only to your use of the Site. It does not apply to client services, which are governed by the separate written agreement for those services.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEIBEL STUDIOS, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
