Seibel Forge is a brand operated by Seibel Studios, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("Seibel Forge", "we", "us").

1. Scope
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit seibelforge.com (the "Site"), email us, or book a call with us. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, including any data-processing terms, and not by this policy.
2. Our website
The Site is a static informational website.
- No forms, accounts or payments. The Site has no contact forms, sign-ups, logins or checkout.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking. We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking pixels or social-media plug-ins on the Site.
- No cookies set by our Site. Our pages do not set cookies or use similar browser storage. The pages load only files from our own Site and make no requests to other services.
- Hosting and server logs. The Site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service of Google LLC. When your browser requests a page, Google's servers automatically receive and log standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type (user agent), the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request, so they can deliver the page and protect the service. Google states that Firebase Hosting uses the IP addresses of incoming requests to detect abuse and to give site owners analysis of usage data, and that it retains IP data for a few months (Firebase privacy information). We do not combine this information with other data to identify visitors.
- Do Not Track. Because the Site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and does not let third parties do so on the Site, we do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
3. Information you choose to give us
- Email. Our business email, including hello@seibelforge.com and support@seibelforge.com, runs on Google Workspace, provided by Google LLC. If you email us, we receive what you send: your name, email address, message, any attachments and the usual email metadata.
- Booking a call. We use Google Calendar appointment scheduling, provided by Google LLC, to book calls. When you select a booking link, you leave our Site and go to a booking page hosted by Google. To book, the page asks for your first name, last name and email address. That information and the time you choose are added to our Google Calendar, together with a Google Meet video-call link, so we can confirm and hold the call, and Google may send booking confirmations and updates by email. Google may use cookies or similar technologies on its booking page under Google's own policies; see the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses cookies.
- Phone. We do not publish a phone number on the Site.
4. How we use information
We use the information you give us to:
- reply to you;
- schedule and hold calls;
- evaluate whether we are a good fit and provide services you request;
- keep business records;
- protect our business, the Site and our accounts; and
- comply with the law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We share personal information only as needed to run our business:
- Google LLC, for website hosting (Firebase Hosting), business email (Google Workspace) and call booking (Google Calendar appointment scheduling). Google processes this information under its terms with us and its own privacy policies, and may process it in any country where Google or its service providers have facilities.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, when needed.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
6. Business email
If we send commercial email, it will identify Seibel Forge, include a valid postal address and give you a way to opt out of future marketing messages. We honor opt-out requests.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires or permits. Because the right period depends on why we have the information, we do not apply a single fixed retention period.
- Email. Emails you send us, and our replies, are kept in our Google Workspace business email for as long as we need them to respond to you, follow up on your inquiry, provide services you request and keep business records.
- Call bookings. The details you give when you book a call, and the time you choose, are kept with that call's event in our Google Calendar as a record of the appointment.
- Legal, tax and business records. We may keep information longer when we need it to meet tax, accounting or other legal obligations, to resolve disputes, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Website request data. Firebase Hosting request data is kept by Google under Google's own practices, as described in Section 2.
When we no longer need personal information for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Items we delete may remain in Google's systems for a limited time under Google's own practices. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described in Section 8.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing support@seibelforge.com. We may need to verify your request, and we may keep information when the law requires or allows it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
9. Security
The Site is served only over HTTPS, with HTTP Strict Transport Security and security headers that limit what our pages can load. We limit access to our business accounts and use access controls and multi-factor authentication where available. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children
The Site and our services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we will also note the change at the top of this page.
